What you will do

• Own and deliver high-impact initiatives within the Payee and Payer FX product domains.
• Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to design scalable and compliant financial solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive FX revenue growth.
• Define and execute the product roadmap by writing clear specifications and ensuring timely feature delivery.
• Influence and align diverse stakeholders across the organization to support product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B technology companies.
• Proven track record of working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant academic degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, specifically in payment infrastructure, financial automation, or FX/currency conversion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of identifying new revenue and efficiency opportunities.
