What you will do

  • Lead strategic engagements and guide deal strategy in partnership with account executives.
  • Demonstrate advanced AI expertise to technical and business stakeholders at the C-level.
  • Drive field execution of sales campaigns and enablement initiatives across the AI portfolio.
  • Lead customer workshops to shape AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilot opportunities.
  • Capture customer insights to influence cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Model best-practice sales motions and provide hands-on support for proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI-related roles.
  • Proven expertise in AI-powered customer experience and conversational AI solutions.
  • Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert functions.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling leading AI solutions for customer experience or contact center transformation.
