What you will do

• Schedule material and component supply to ensure production requirements are met.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate processes for material delivery from suppliers to the point of fit.
• Manage day-to-day orders and assess volume requirements against planning demands.
• Analyze and mitigate risks to minimize impacts on the production schedule.
• Execute follow-up actions regarding material shortages affecting production.
• Monitor inventory levels and validate accuracy to minimize obsolete stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in a Technical or Economic field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel), SAP, and logistics control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must.
• Strong analytical, communication, and proactivity skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
