What you will do

• Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows using the GMC platform.
• Coordinate with fleets and service partners to confirm actions and ensure vehicle availability for scheduled services.
• Review and approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy.
• Manage follow-ups on delayed or incomplete jobs and arrange roadside assistance.
• Provide basic technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in customer support, call centers, or other client-facing environments.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ticketing or workflow tools.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, transportation, or technical environments.
• Must be based in Romania.
