What you will do

• Support pricing and invoicing administration for fleet customers and service providers.
• Maintain, update, and validate pricing data and operational records in management systems.
• Record and manage service jobs on the fleet services platform.
• Create daily tire orders and process purchase orders while resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with front office agents and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation while maintaining accurate databases.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree.
• English: B2 proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in following structured procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
