What you will do

• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI-powered tools for test automation, data generation, and bug detection.
• Develop and document best practices and frameworks for AI integration in QA.
• Create training materials to empower engineering teams to adopt AI-enhanced techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the impact of AI adoption on QA efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for innovation in quality assurance.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in QA principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience in software testing and automation using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI tools to the QA domain.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gate integration.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and training purposes.
• Must be able to work from the Madrid office 60% of the time.
