What you will do

• Advocate for quality by embedding testing measures early in the product development process.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and designers to ensure quality across all layers of the tech stack.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover risks and provide actionable insights.
• Design and maintain reliable automated testing suites to ensure effective failure analysis.
• Suggest improvements to code, testability, and architectural decisions for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for QA expertise within the broader tech community.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst within a cross-functional development team.
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, code management, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, and the Test Pyramid model.
• Ability to perform functional, performance, and security testing across varied architectures.
• Experience leveraging metrics to improve deployment frequency and system recovery times.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
