Manager, Transfer Agency (UK New Business and Fund Activity) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach the UK Transfer Agency New Business & Fund Activity Team.
• Oversee client onboarding, fund launches, closures, mergers, offboarding, transitions, and operational change.
• Allocate assignments based on complexity, risk, capacity, and capability while managing milestones, dependencies, testing, approvals, and readiness.
• Maintain effective controls covering ownership, segregation of duties, quality review, evidence retention, issue management, and escalation.
• Oversee requirements, solution design, testing, defect management, implementation, post-implementation reviews, and management reporting.
• Manage workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, vendor dependencies, process improvements, and complex escalations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hirify.global, UK transfer agency, relevant regulations, and UK transfer-agency products and services.
• Proven people-management experience, including coaching, development, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience leading complex new business, fund activity, operational change, transition, or comparable delivery portfolios.
• Experience with operational risk, controls, incident management, regulatory obligations, audit-ready evidence, requirements, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Strong client, stakeholder, communication, analytical, prioritization, presentation, and negotiation skills within financial services.
• UK work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
