What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global hardware, including 3D scanners, and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Support customers during occasional on-site events.
• Collect relevant customer information and manage support cases in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with other departments and escalate customer feedback when needed.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch at B2 level or higher.
• English and Ukrainian proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical ability, and multitasking skills.
• Empathy, willingness to learn, and ability to explain information clearly.
