Product Analyst

TL;DR

What you will do

• Analyze customer product usage to drive improvements in adoption and retention.
• Guide the Product Leadership Team in setting company-wide goals and long-term strategy.
• Own the roadmap and data integrity for product reporting and self-serve resources.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (statistics, computer science, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements into functional business insights.
• Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
