What you will do

• Build and ship features for North, the company's AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write and deploy minimal, high-performance code for low-resource environments.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art AI models and techniques.
• Own features end-to-end, from user problem analysis to shipping and impact measurement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience shipping fullstack code (Python and React) in production.
• Proven track record of deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
• Strong coding abilities across the entire stack.
• Product owner mindset with the ability to evaluate if a feature should be built before determining how.
• Strong opinions on user experience and a willingness to challenge designs or specifications.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for the US, Canada, or Europe.

Nice to have

• An eye for design, a creative mindset, and a portfolio or GitHub showcase of personal projects.
