What you will do

• Own the evolution of Core product capabilities, including data models, APIs, custom objects, and asset lifecycle, ensuring scalability and architectural coherence.
• Define and drive the transition of features from open-source releases into commercial product offerings.
• Manage the open-source community, handling issue triage, contributor coordination, and release communication.
• Translate enterprise customer needs and usage patterns into prioritized and shippable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API design, backward compatibility, and schema evolution.
• Partner with cross-functional product teams to ensure Core investments support the broader platform, cloud, and enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience in B2B software.
• 3+ years focused on technical infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and review code-level implications.
• Deep understanding of API design principles (REST/GraphQL), versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Demonstrated experience working with open-source products and community engagement.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
