What you will do

• Translate business use cases into simple business insights through requirements gathering, data analysis, modelling, and visualisation.
• Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to business areas, including high-quality data commentary on key trends.
• Collaborate with the Data Services team and stakeholders to explore opportunities for added value via advanced analytics and data products.
• Contribute to the creation of an enterprise-wide approach to analytics by implementing best practices for tools, methods, and data governance.

Requirements

• Experience as a data analyst or in a similar related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for querying and transformation.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with coding languages such as Python.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across all management levels.
• Ability to manage a varied workload of ad hoc and project-related deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an agile delivery framework.
• Knowledge of hirify.global, Performance Rights Organisations, and/or the music industry.
