What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to develop manufacturing processes meeting engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with industry partners and equipment suppliers to implement and maintain stable process lines.
• Develop hirify.globallectual property for novel transistor and interconnect architectures.
• Install and qualify High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) capacity at the site.
• Transfer technology to other factories using the Copy Exactly methodology.
• Analyze data to ensure safety, automation, and yield performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or Engineering fields (or expected within one year).
• Minimum 6+ months of experimental lab work experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for equipment and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in technical problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML/AI frameworks and model development.
• Programming skills in Python or C#.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or development.
