What you will do

• Manage capex forecasting, governance, and analysis to ensure effective capital deployment.
• Coordinate financial reporting for the hirify.global Limited Board, including dividend and reserve calculations.
• Collaborate with GFS, Payroll, Tax, and Treasury to maintain an ICFR-compliant and FCA-regulated framework.
• Oversee the integrity of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, presenting reviews to the Regional CFO.
• Lead year-end close activities and audit processes, focusing on journals and intangibles.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Background in progressive financial roles, ideally within Big 4.
• Strong technical accounting skills with a capacity for independent research.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and convey complex issues simply.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects and meeting strict deadlines.
