Location: Must be able to work onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines and willing to work a mid-shift schedule.

What you will do

• Lead curation for assigned data domains to ensure accuracy and alignment with governance standards.
• Configure and refine catalog assets in Alation to improve usability and data discoverability.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and playbooks to scale data stewardship across the organization.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and validate automation opportunities for metadata harvesting and quality checks.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured, searchable metadata.
• Track curation metrics and guide backlog grooming to focus governance efforts effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in metadata management, data governance, or information management.
• Hands-on expertise with metadata repositories and catalog tools like Alation.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, retention, classification, and lineage concepts.
• Certification or training in frameworks such as DAMA or DCAM.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City and willing to work a mid-shift schedule.

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows for metadata discovery and catalog usability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business concepts into technical requirements.
