What you will do

• Guide client planning processes, ensuring needs are identified and clear goals are established.
• Lead regular client check-ins to monitor service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex client problems and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify new growth opportunities and support contract renewals.
• Manage and mentor a team, setting performance goals and fostering a client-centric culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• 5-7 years of experience in client servicing within research agencies or marketing consultancies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial level.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical modeling.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Must be based in Pasig City, Philippines.
