• Lead the science roadmap for LLM-powered conversational ad experiences.
• Build POCs, optimize models, and deploy them into production.
• Run experiments and perform deep-dives on data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with software engineers on technical designs and end-to-end implementations.
• Research new machine learning approaches to drive continuous scientific innovation.
• Mentor team scientists and engineers and contribute to the wider ML community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Seattle, WA).
• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, and data mining.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
