What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical authority for CSLA disciplines across hyperscale data center projects from concept through commissioning.
• Lead design strategy and establish standards to ensure technical quality, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate between internal R&D, construction, and operations teams and external stakeholders.
• Review and validate design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change proposals.
• Lead RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract oversight.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies while leading site visits and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience in large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven leadership of CSLA disciplines across hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, Bluebeam, and Autodesk tools.
• Deep knowledge of structural systems, construction codes, and permitting processes.
• Expertise in redundancy, fault-tolerant design, and high-availability infrastructure requirements.
