What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement automata, digital workforces, and action flows using Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and hirify.global RNA.
• Create and optimize data models and data transformation logic to improve service delivery.
• Apply AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts to develop innovative automation solutions.
• Translate complex IT processes into automated solutions that generate documentation and facilitate changes.
• Collaborate with IDCP (hirify.global Delivery Central Platform) and hirify.global Consulting Advantage platforms to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven expertise with IT automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and hirify.global RNA.
• Experience in designing and implementing digital workforces and data transformation logic.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts.
• Ability to translate business IT processes into automated technical solutions.
• Experience working with IDCP and hirify.global Consulting Advantage platforms.

Nice to have

• Advanced familiarity with AI Operations integration into automation tools.
• Deep understanding of NLP concepts to improve automation effectiveness.
• Experience with the IDCP method.
