What you will do

• Support tracking and coordination of materials and tools for assigned tasks.
• Manage service order tracking, time writing, and tool calibration records.
• Generate standardized reports and assist in data collection for logistics processes.
• Communicate material shortages and ensure staging per daily work plans.
• Identify process gaps and report improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Assist with timely closure of service orders and follow-up on aging items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of SAP, CAM, or SMS systems and logistics processes.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Flexibility to accommodate various work settings and collaborative environments.
• Strong communication skills for internal team coordination.
