Sr. Analyst FP&A (Media)

Sr. Analyst FP&A (Media): Supporting the Latin America FP&A team across Revenue and Cost pillars with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Focus on designing actionable dashboards, developing ROI/NPV models, and translating complex data into strategic insights for senior leadership.

Location: Miami, Florida, USA. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the USA.

What you will do

• Design and optimize financial reports and dashboards using Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, and BPC to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for the P&L.
• Execute core FP&A cycles, including the Long Range Plan, Budget, and Quarterly/Monthly forecasts.
• Develop financial models for ROI and NPV analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business cases.
• Align operational metrics, such as subscriber trends and ARPU, with financial performance.
• Create high-quality presentations and visual storytelling for senior management using PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint design.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the USA.
• Working knowledge of SAP BPC and data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or basic Python.
