Product Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital investment products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to delivery and optimization.
• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of 4–8 Customer Journey Experts.
• Balance business value, commercial impact, regulatory requirements, and technical sustainability.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders across business, tech, data, legal, and compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+).
• Proficiency in Dutch or French is required.
• Proven experience in people leadership and building effective teams.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bruxelles.
