What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the design and delivery of ML products across multiple bankhirify.global departments.
• Develop diverse AI/ML solutions includhirify.global credit risk models, churn prediction, recommendation systems, and NLP.
• Co-create and evaluate business solutions in cross-functional, international teams.
• Act as a project manager to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver tangible value.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and supervised learnhirify.global models.
• Strong command of SQL and Python.
• Experience with distributed computhirify.global frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows and peer reviews.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
