What you will do

• Implement and maintain production data pipeline flows based on data science designs.
• Design solution-based data flows for specific financial crime use cases to improve product applicability.
• Build and optimize Machine Learning data pipelines and feature engineering processes.
• Develop internal data tools to assist analytics and data science teams.
• Train customer data scientists and engineers on maintaining and amending pipelines within the product.
• Build technical relationships with customers and partners, including travel to customer locations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
• Proficiency in SQL and version-control tools such as GIT.
• Experience with Apache Hadoop Ecosystem (Hive, Impala, Hue, HDFS, Sqoop).
• Experience with Python (Pandas) and PySpark, Scala, Java, or R.
• Fluent English and French proficiency (both written and spoken).
• BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, Elasticsearch, and workflow automation (Airflow, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Zeppelin or Jupyter notebooks.
