• Initiate and maintain repair job orders and sales paperwork manually or online.
• Prepare quote proposals and delivery schedules for repairs, overhauls, and inspections.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive files and records for all phases of repair activity.
• Prepare certifications and documentation for government-controlled hardware and overseas shipments.
• Serve as the primary professional point of contact for customers to ensure business growth.
• Review purchase orders to ensure contractual requirements align with company proposals.

Requirements

• Associates Degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline.
• At least five years of experience in customer service or a related environment.
• Must be eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled information.
