What you will do

• Provide technical support for automotive car access solutions (UWB/BLE) to leading China Tier-1 and OEM customers.
• Lead the development of localized products and solutions based on customer and market technical requirements.
• Deliver technical training for customer R&D teams and distributor FAEs to accelerate project execution.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, including application notes and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct system-level architecture reviews and root-cause analysis for critical technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, AI, or a related discipline.
• Up to 5 years of experience in embedded system development, preferably in automotive or wireless connectivity.
• Strong understanding of ARM Cortex-M based systems, including memory architecture and low-power modes.
• Proficiency with embedded communication interfaces (SPI, UART, CAN, LIN) and RTOS (Free-RTOS, ThreadX, Linux).
• English: Good communication skills in speaking and writing required.
• Location: Must be based in Shenzhen.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with UWB, Bluetooth/BLE, or NFC technologies.
• Experience using BLE protocol analyzers (Frontline, Ellisys) and standard lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools (LLMs) to improve engineering productivity and debugging.
