What you will do

• Support tire industrialization efforts across plants, design, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate advanced planning activities, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and capability studies to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Drive technical problem-solving and process improvements globally across multiple functions.
• Manage the Plant Tire Release Process and provide on-site assistance in the APAC region.
• Execute complex cross-functional or global projects using standardized project management tools.
• Maintain and enhance BW 2.0 system best practices and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency in manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and driving global strategies.
• Experience in coordinating industrialization planning and risk management (DFMEA/PFMEA).
• Ability to manage and execute large-scale projects and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kunshan, China.
