Salary: USD 210,000 - 260,000 yearly

What you will do

• Direct and manage all facility construction development for major land, attraction, or hotel projects.
• Lead project management efforts including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and estimating.
• Manage the qualification, procurement, and performance of contractors, vendors, and fabricators.
• Coordinate the implementation of creative and architectural content developed by internal and external teams.
• Oversee the selection, hiring, and growth of the project team members.
• Track and report project budget, schedule, and overall progress to upper management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 20-25 years of experience in the development and management of major theme parks, attractions, or hospitality projects.
• Must be based on-site full-time at hirify.global-designated worksites.
• Proficiency with PMWeb, Project, SharePoint, and AI project platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze technical data, financial reports, and legal documents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer.
