What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery of qualitative studies including recruitment, logistics, and fieldwork setup.
• Assist in moderating or co-moderating in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographies.
• Prepare discussion guides, stimulus materials, and fieldwork documentation.
• Conduct desk research and cultural scans to enrich insight analysis.
• Develop client reports, presentations, and visual charts with clear storytelling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality standards across project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, Marketing, or Behavioural Science.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in research or consulting, with a preference for qualitative focus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital qualitative tools.
• Familiarity with Ethnography, Semiotics, Design Thinking, or Behavioural Science.
