What you will do

• Develop and own the 2LOD technology risk management plan aligned with corporate goals and regulatory obligations.
• Provide independent challenge to the 1LOD regardhirify.global the design and effectiveness of IT, cyber, data risk, and IT resilience controls.
• Advise senior management on risk-based decision-makhirify.global for technology, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of risk taxonomy, methodologies, and control standards across the organization.
• Provide expert assurance and guidance on the implementation of the Non-financial Risk Management (NFR) framework.
• Deliver forward-lookhirify.global risk insights to the Head of NFR, CRO, and local governance committees.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and thought leadership in technology risk, specifically IT, cyber, and data risk.
• Professional qualification such as CISA or similar.
• Expert knowledge of applicable regulations includhirify.global APRA, DORA, and ideally ECB.
• Proven leadership capability with experience in team buildhirify.global and setthirify.global strategic direction.
• Experience preparhirify.global and presenthirify.global high-quality reporthirify.global for Board and governance expectations.
• Must be located in Sydney to perform the role.
