What you will do

• Own TikTok Shop strategy across the Americas, including affiliate programs, live selling, and creator activation.
• Define and execute a global social commerce strategy integrating organic, paid, and shoppable content.
• Build and scale a high-performing global creator commerce ecosystem with clear performance frameworks.
• Lead the global launch framework for new social commerce markets to reduce time-to-revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed social commerce into every global go-to-market plan.
• Own the global measurement framework, including GMV, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in social commerce, digital commerce, or performance marketing.
• Proven P&L ownership of $100M+ with direct accountability for revenue targets.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop expertise, specifically in affiliate programs and live selling.
• Experience in high-growth consumer products, CPG, or lifestyle categories.
• Ability to influence and align at the ELT level with exceptional cross-functional leadership.
• Experience designing and executing market launch strategies for new geographies.
