What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic networking and engagement with C-suite executives across a broad base of client targets.
• Develop and implement business plans, including financial targets, proposal submissions, and pipeline management.
• Drive revenue growth through prospecting, consultative selling, and navigating the full sales cycle.
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L and EBITDA, to ensure profitability of proposals.
• Collaborate with APAC leaders and Delivery COE teams to share client intelligence and maximize account opportunities.
• Develop case studies and represent the company at external industry and retailer events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a market research agency.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven sales acumen and expertise in consultative selling to C-level decision-makers.
• Strong financial literacy, specifically regarding P&L and EBITDA.
• Excellent business English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with Salesforce and digital tools.
