What you will do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and delivery of individual goals and assigned tasks for the corporate transactions market.
• Achieve quality, timeliness, and productivity metrics.
• Collate, maintain, and update database information from official sources (feeds, corporate action emails, press releases).
• Track communications on updates, new processes, and procedures; participate in process knowledge tests.
• Follow systems procedures, document analysis measures, and database maintenance protocols.
• Attend training, meetings, and skills enhancement courses; adapt to ad hoc business requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate analytical and numerical skills.
• Proactive, confident, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy; able to multitask and work independently and in a group.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Completion of internal department training program(s) (or willingness to complete them).
