What you will do

  • Design and execute post-silicon validation tests for SSD chipsets during the R&D cycle.
  • Develop, port, and execute bare-metal firmware to validate storage SoCs.
  • Perform pre- and post-silicon testing of SoC functionality, including performance and power characterization.
  • Review, create, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation.
  • Analyze test results and generate professional validation reports.
  • Collaborate with test engineers to support test development for mass production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 4+ years of experience or Master's/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, ARM assembly, and 32/64-bit ARM CPU architecture.
  • Experience in firmware development under bare-metal or Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SSD controllers.
  • Knowledge of NAND, PCIe, NVMe, or DDR interfaces.
