What you will do

• Validate and clean data for specific industry/category sets and ensure correct, timely client output deliveries.
• Act as the contact for commercial queries and coordinate resolution of data, process, or product-related issues with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Plan and execute daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze and identify gaps for improvement in coding, data input validation, and Consumer Information Platform (CIP) client instructions environments; drive convergence of processes and tools.
• Provide accurate, timely feedback to country teams and drive SOP adherence and best-practice usage.
• Collaborate across Operations/Enablement teams to meet client expectations and satisfaction in a virtual/multi-cultural setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Statistics/Mathematics, Economics, Business, or equivalent; fresh graduate or 1 year experience in operational areas.
• Excellent organization skills, teamwork aptitude, and ability to meet deadlines.
• High accuracy, proactivity, and strong attention to detail.
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes; project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese to support the Taiwan market.
• Familiarity with Excel (vlookup, charts, spreadsheets, tables); Python or R is an advantage.
