What you will do

• Perform data analysis across payment, marketing, product performance, and business operations domains.
• Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Translate business requirements into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven insights.
• Investigate data anomalies and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to ensure reliable data pipelines.
• Support the integration of AI tools and LLMs into existing analysis workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills for working across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment systems or the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as ChatGPT, embeddings, or prompt design.
