What you will do

• Perform inspections on incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Audit active production lines and verify processing variables meet quality requirements.
• Calibrate measuring devices and mechanical gauges to maintain compliance.
• Collect and analyze quality data using statistical methods and maintain SPC records.
• Participate in root-cause analysis investigations to resolve production defects.
• Support continuous improvement projects to reduce plant waste and optimize yields.

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2 or 3-year Technical Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Quality department.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel for recording and charting metrics.
• Practical understanding of basic mathematics, foundational statistics, and SPC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, or blueprints.
• Working knowledge of ISO management systems frameworks.
