What you will do
- Address complex customer inquiries and complaints.
- Update and maintain customer accounts within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.
- Provide tailored product and service recommendations to customers.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Compile and report common customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills for complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and navigation.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in peer mentoring or training support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
