What you will do
- Manage day-to-day order processing for retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Handle warranty claims and service requests to meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding order fulfillment and customer reliability.
- Collaborate with international manufacturing and sales teams to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer fulfillment and delivery, preferably in retail or wholesale.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Commercially focused with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in an international environment with high cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows standard applications.
