What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day order processing for retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
  • Handle warranty claims and service requests to meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding order fulfillment and customer reliability.
  • Collaborate with international manufacturing and sales teams to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer fulfillment and delivery, preferably in retail or wholesale.
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Commercially focused with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in an international environment with high cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows standard applications.
