What you will do

• Validate data input and manage instructions for client deliverables across specific industry categories.
• Perform daily cross-coding and item-related quality checks.
• Conduct physical store checks to verify item-related information.
• Document special instructions related to category assignment.
• Coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product-related queries with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain high accuracy throughout the database setup and sample management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Admin, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in data and operational areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia to perform physical store checks.

Nice to have

• FMCG background or experience as an encoder.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
