What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Implement LLM (playbook) capabilities within Dialogflow CX to enhance bot intelligence.
• Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality of the chatbot ecosystem.
• Integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Utilize NLP, ML, TTS, STT, and SSML techniques to improve user interaction.
• Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex technical issues in distributed environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.
• Proficiency in NLP, NLU, Machine Learning, and Conversational AI.
• Extensive experience with LLM (playbook) features and traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid US work authorization at the time of application (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with automated testing practices.
