What you will do

• Own global stock-based compensation accounting from grant to settlement, ensuring ASC 718 compliance.
• Manage valuations, expense recognition, and modifications while supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls, audit readiness, and oversee system integrations between equity platforms and the general ledger.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, driving automation and process standardization.
• Collaborate with HR, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Planning teams to provide guidance on award structures.
• Support SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, and ERP transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on stock compensation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 718 and IFRS2.
• Experience with SOX controls and compliance.
• Proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SEC reporting and executive compensation.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and equity platforms like E-Trade.
• Background in finance transformation and automation.
• Previous people management experience.
