What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
• Record AR transactions accurately in the general ledger and handle debit/credit notes.
• Monitor overdue accounts and proactively follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Support month-end closing, revenue recognition, and accruals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve billing disputes.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and support cash flow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or audit.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, collections, and revenue-related accounting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
