What you will do

• Transform customer usage and support data into actionable insights for 20k+ scaled accounts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance trends.
• Design and execute targeted activation strategies for high-priority customer segments.
• Refine customer segmentation to enable personalized and high-impact outreach.
• Collaborate with Product and regional teams to identify and resolve user friction points.
• Measure the effectiveness of scaled activation programs to guide future investment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Mode.
• Solid background in customer success, operations, or product analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
