What you will do

• Develop highly scalable and integrated cloud solutions for biologics drug discovery.
• Build data-driven models leveraging AI and physics-based approaches using sequence and 3D molecular shape representations.
• Expand biomolecular modeling and protein informatics technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the pharmaceutical industry to develop new methods, tools, and solutions.
• Solve challenging problems to advance the field of computational biologics drug discovery.

Requirements

• PhD in computational chemistry, structural biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must work on-site in the Santa Fe, NM office.
• Programming expertise in Python, preferably with experience using AI coding agents.
• Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and machine learning.
• Proven track record of delivering software solutions.

Nice to have

• Expertise with traditional machine learning and/or modern deep learning methods.
• Experience with protein language models and protein folding technologies.
• Experience modeling antibodies based on sequence and structural data.
• Experience with OpenEye software/toolkits or other computational chemistry toolkits.
