What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end implementation and optimization of hirify.global Cloud solutions to enhance CX performance.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve automation and personalization across customer journeys.
• Develop and refine prompts to increase the accuracy and consistency of AI-driven interactions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AI, analytics, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term solution adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for AI adoption, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, cloud platforms, or CX technologies.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, automation, and machine learning solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI-driven use cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical knowledge of HTTP requests, REST APIs, and JSON.

Nice to have

• Software development experience in Java, C#.NET, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with networking, DNS, SIP, and telephony concepts.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale customer experience transformations.
• Knowledge of AI governance and model behavior monitoring.
