What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end implementation and optimization of Cloud solutions to enhance CX performance.
- Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve automation and personalization across customer journeys.
- Develop and refine prompts to increase the accuracy and consistency of AI-driven interactions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AI, analytics, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term solution adoption.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for AI adoption, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, cloud platforms, or CX technologies.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, automation, and machine learning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI-driven use cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical knowledge of HTTP requests, REST APIs, and JSON.
Nice to have
- Software development experience in Java, C#.NET, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with networking, DNS, SIP, and telephony concepts.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale customer experience transformations.
- Knowledge of AI governance and model behavior monitoring.
