Salary: $20,000,000 – $26,000,000 COP monthly

What you will do

• Design and build agentic AI systems to facilitate conversational workflows for seller enablement.
• Develop a chat-based seller assistant that integrates enterprise data to provide insights on ordering, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with internal data sources and APIs.
• Build and evolve the AI platform using LangChain and LangGraph in Python.
• Design persistence and data access layers using MongoDB or other data stores.
• Collaborate with product and analytics partners to shape technical direction and use cases.

Requirements

• Experience as a full-stack or backend engineer building production systems.
• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals (APIs, data modeling, system design).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt design and evaluation.
• Ability to integrate applications with enterprise data sources (APIs, databases, analytics platforms).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced English skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems or multi-step LLM workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python (Node.js / TypeScript also valued).
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL data stores.
• Exposure to Google AI / Google Cloud services.
