What you will do

• Define and execute global product marketing strategies, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and GTM planning for UWB solutions.
• Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and storytelling for mobile, automotive, industrial, and IoT segments.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and product management to gather customer insights and influence future roadmaps.
• Manage global product launch plans and create high-impact marketing collateral like white papers and sales training.
• Represent NXP at industry conferences and engage with customers to evangelize the UWB vision.
• Mentor and manage a team of product marketing professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product marketing or business development, focusing on wireless connectivity.
• Deep technical expertise in Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology and its market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing semiconductor product lines globally.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
• English: C1 (fluency) is essential.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Proficiency in French or other European languages.
