Salary: $48,600–$53,700 USD per year (Hourly Role)

What you will do

• Perform equipment setup and monitor production processes to meet output goals.
• Conduct quality checks and assist in troubleshooting machinery.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled student pursuing an AAS Degree or certification in Industrial Automation (Mechatronics), Electrical Trades, Automotive/Aviation Technology, Machine Tool Technology, or related fields.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a clean room environment (wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, etc.).
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
• Hands-on experience in robotics, welding, soldering, or auto repair.
• Experience with schematics, drawings, and integrated circuit fabrication.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
